To provide rugged, dependable, and secure tool storage products for truck and on-site storage that protect valuable tools and equipment for trade professionals.
The Crescent JOBOX brand began over 60 years ago with a small company that produced and erected farm silos in the fertile Mississippi delta region of the United States. In 1961, Delta Consolidated Industries, as we were then called, designed and manufactured the world's first steel crossover truck box to address a growing demand for secure tool and equipment storage in the beds of pickup trucks, which were rapidly gaining in popularity. These innovative new products were descriptively named JOBOX truck boxes.
We continued to focus on tool storage solutions, being the first to address corrosion resistance and styling with the addition of aluminum truck boxes. The U.S. construction boom created a market niche for durable, secure, and portable storage solutions for valuable tools and supplies. Our product line has grown to nearly 200 different types of secure truck storage solutions and has expanded into flammable liquids safety storage and job site storage products.
Today, JOBOX is part of the Crescent line of products made for trade professionals working in industry and construction. We manufacture truck boxes for the more than 2.8 million new pickups sold in the U.S. each year. All products feature renowned strength, security, and durability and are proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured in the U.S.A. at our original plant location in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
At the core of Jobox tool box is Site-Vault security system featuring full-length heavy-gauge steel locking bars that completely enclose padlocks inside armored steel housing, eliminating vulnerability to bolt-cutters, pry bars, drilling, or forced-entry attacks.
